Is anyone aware of the standing of Carroll's Woodcraft Supplies (http://www.cws.au.com/) ? I've sent three e-mails which could lead to me purchasiing from this supplier but have not recieved any reply. A link is provided on the ubeaut homepage under Aussie Links in Woodturning stuff.

Give Jim a chance to check his emails and get back to you. From my dealings with him and others on the forum, I have found him to be very efficent and he will normally go out of his way to help. I normally email him with this address ([email protected])

Or better still, just give him a call & order over the phone. Jim's great to deal with, helpful and I have never had any problems with deliveries.

Yea, Jims a good guy to deal with. Missus too. Call him, often the better sort of vendors aren't real IT savvy. Who knows what happened in cyberspace?

B****, tonight I discovered my computer is not recognizing my printer, and in this regard my e-mail service either.
Jim has replied three times - but I had no prompts.
I'm sorry for any unintentional idea of insult.
