Hi all! I just found this site and have a question; has anybody turned a salt and pepper mill set? And where do you order the mechanical grinding parts for it?

Thanks.

Just out of interest, Jackpine is from the USA so australian PHONE numbers will not do him much good.

better off sticking with email addresses.

Jack you could try woodcraft in USA as they stock craft supplies and you should be able to get the peppermills from them. Thank you to the other guys for refering this to me. If you get no joy from woodcraft I can certainly help you.

Thanks for all your help, I'll try woodcraft.

I would have replied sooner, except for computer troubles. It took 10 days to defrag the hard drive. Everyone says to get a new PC, but that cuts into the garage/shop heater fund.

Getting cool out in the shop tonight, -7 degrees C. I'll need that heater before winter temps really begin!

I thought my brother had the world record at 18 odd hours for a defrag and in the end needed a hard drive anyway.
but I'm with Jack -7 that could cause certain things to drop off.
