None of the pictures show and the movie doesn't work in Firefox.

Palm Nailer is $110 with 12 month warranty including delivery. Comes with the fitting as well with standard oil and allen key. Pretty light and popular at the moment.

will the palm nailer drive concrete nails?

It can drive concrete nails with a full head but it depends on what you are driving into. It can drive into hardwood but it won't be able to drive the nail into concrete.
