Did any of you folk out there watch the "Better Homes & Garden" segment where Butterfly inserts were produced in an inlaid Serving Tray on Tuesday last?

I'm interested in the method and the tools employed.

Appreciate it if you can assist.

hi john,
if you know someone who is a metal machinist/turner then it would be simple to work out the dimensions for the router collars(CRSmoment)guide bushes jeez im an idiot! that person then could turn them for you depending on the size of the cutter youre using.
you could use 2 collars or a similar set up to what he was using on the show . i dont know where you would get hold of them , or how much .
im pretty sure that pommy mag get w/working web site has the maths programe to work it all out.(ill get back to you on that.)

Hi Guys thanks for the replies.I did download the site but I'm not sure of the format/language it was ciphered as.
Not very familiar with computer protocols on downloaded languages/formats etc.

The BHG plan is in the Adobe Acrobat PDF format. If you're getting what looks like reverse Greek on your web browser, you probably need to get the Acrobat reader installed on your PC. If you don't have it installed on your PC, visit this website to get a copy for installation on your PC...
