Heres a link to a blow by blow account on how to turn a cowboy hat. Interesting, dunno, if I'll ever get around to making one tho'

On the same sight theres a sales info on a circle turning device. Its around $160USD it occurred to me that this was abit pricey.

I think it could be done for well under that price...still maybe its me :U

But good luck to him, hope he sells heaps...might be easier money than turning :U

Hughie,
An interesting site! I'm with you it is nice to see how it's done but I can not imagine me making one either. (I don't think my skills are up to turning that thin anyway!:(( )

Seems an extravagant waste of timber to me .
But an interesting project just the same.
