View Full Version : Tip for Finishing

Sometimes when your polishing a project you will need to touchup little things. Like putty that was too light. When touching these up, it is best to do it with the project in its final resting position. Eg - a chair should be put on the floor rather than at eye level on a bench to touchup.
The reasoning for this is light and shadows will change the colour of things in different positions. What may look like a perfect touchup on the bench, may stand out big time when put in its final resting position.

Cheers
