i am going to a market on the weekend and need some easy to make stall fillers.

you know sompthing i can make quick and charge little for like spinningtops and the like.

you guys have brains full of good, bad and nifty little gismos that you made when learning so please do share.

ASAP!!

Spinny tops with a plate for it to spin on (a flat thing with a very slight dish) for spinning on

Turn over tops . darning mushrooms , stick pens ( ie, made frome branches ) , christmas trees , snow men , fruit apples , pears , and if your mad enough bananas .door stops , scoops . any thing else ?:oo:

Harry Potter Wands.

We found a woodturner studio in Christchurch, NZ on our recent holiday, and he was doing good trade in wands. Our HP fan snagged a nice number in Yew. If you would like to see a photo, let me know and I'll post one.

Light pulls always go well. Think small stuff you can put in a bowl on your stall. A few bigger more expensive things at the back but stuff under £10 (sorry, don't know the conversion to dollars:B) tends to sell best.

thanks guys markets at 7am tommorow no more turning time now.

i packed up what i have and was surprised at what i have got.

You could always try cheese platters or tea pot stands or even cup coasters they all sell well

back from the market made a profit of $400. less a bit for finishes and sand paper.:2tsup:

a good day all up.

spinning tops sold well so did small and medium bowls.
