Contractor,
Ive recently moved from Sydney to the tweed area. I'm a locksmith by trade and specialize in Commercial/industrial doors service and installation.
This includes:
Fire doors and fire frames.(able to certify)
Metal clad doors.
Floor/transom springs and patch fittings.
Door closers and panic exit hardware.
Commercial fit out and building maintenance.
I did my trade with Efco/Lockwood to ten years, And have worked as a contractor to mostly government departments and commercial developers for the past thirteen years.
I have held a NSW flooring license(expired due to leaving industry), but can regain.
Can weld, Paint, Basically very multi skilled.
What I don't know I will admit or learn how.
I have an ABN, Public liability insurance, Own Ute, full array of tools and equipment, A green card and OH&S compliant.
I can forward references from NSW Premiers Dept, Dept of commerce, Dept of education, Sydney CBD building managers as well as commercial building company's and corporate customers.
I am 38 years old, with a wife and two young boys.
Currently contracting to a Northern NSW rivers DET crown portfolio contract.
I would be interested to provide contract services or reactive maintenance.
