Out driving aroound on the weekend and found a nice little place. On the corner of Curch st and Windsor rd in North Parramatta. all within a stones throw of each other are :

Hare and Forbes machinary,
A golf shop,
Bunnings across the road,
Tricky Dickys electronics,
Cafe,
Burger King,

What else do you need ?

Sounds like you also need re-enforced glass in the windows.. to stop all those stones that people will be throwing from the nearby shops!:p

why not just rob the stores ?

no there wasnt a rubbidy . i'm sure there would be a massage parlour within a quickie (drive that is).

A plethora of parking also.

Why on earth would yopu want a bank ? theres enough of those bastards to rip us off without wishing another on us that would just make you line of hours on end! dont forget the good friends visa, master and Amex.

Oops!!

How could I forget the bra factory outlet (just because it has a big "Sara Lee" sign doesn't mean they sell food! DAMHIKT), and the Coca-Cola depot on the way to the hospital?
