Hi everyone,
I have mention some time ago, and showed half pics of a design project that I worked on, end of last year. According to the Copyright and Patent people, the idea is not original but the design is. Anyway, that is not important any more so, if you like it, copy it as much as you wish. Most of the timber used are Town Old Radiata Pine, some Macrocarpa, hammer heads in Batu and round "bash"/impact plates in Rose Gum. The sets are from 1 to 4 hammers/plates combination, one per each person to use. This will work on any soft to medium shelled nuts, the finish is timber floor varnish for durability and easy cleaning. They are also use for serving shell fish (lobster/crabs, etc.), as the timber is totally sealed for light washing. These sets work well, and set a centre table nicely, preferentially if full on nuts...!:D
