Tin of baked beans; cheaper the better.
Tin of chopped tomates; Black and gold OK
About the same amount mince [not hamberger] or tin meat
Dry garlic and Italian or mixed herbs.

In wok or fring pan cook the mince
Add garlic and herbs
Add tommies and bean and heat through
Now eat it.
optional: add a small or large onion [i use frozen to save the tears] add bacon to mince; add corn, cooked spuds or any other stuff you have.
I often have it with toasted Turkish bread.

This is a fast [under 10minutes], healthy and very cheap meal that beats take-away any day.

Tip: Before you freeze mince, remove it from the normal super market packaging, press it out flatter and rewrap it with kitchen wrap. This will thaw a lot faster

Smoked paprika adds a good flavour.

As well as (or instead of) the beans I like tinned chick peas for a different texture. (Ceci if you get the real foreign ones).

The more chilli the better.
