Try this, simple & easy.
Get a fresh chicken, wash & dry it.
Rub over with virgin olive oil.
Mix a spoonful each of salt, pepper, paprika and brown sugar.
Rub the mix over the chicken, leaving a little to tip in neck & bum.
Drink 1/3 of a can of beer, place on oven dish & add teaspoon of your mix.
Insert can up chooks bum :o:roll:and stand on tray using its legs as tripod.
Cook at about 400f for 40 minutes or so, in oven or under bbq hood.
Tenderest chicken of all time:wtg:

Would the print and protective coating breakdown during this process? :oo:
Is there still drinkable beer left in the can?
Is the Parson's nose baked or steamed?
These are just a few questions I'd like to have answers for. :D

No problems with the label coming off.
The beer is not drinkable but the resulting stock makes an awesome risotto!
I don't eat parsons noses.

I wonder if it develops any pressure? If I attached some bagpipe reeds there, wouldn't it be wonderful to listen how it sounds like in the oven .
