I don't normally post here but I just want to say how much I'm enjoying attending the Field Days organised by Private Forestry Southern Queensland - http://www.privateforestrysthnqld.com.au/.
Today we covered Thinning, Stand Assessment and Product Identification in some nice country near Kilcoy, QLD. Most of the attendees have hardwoods like Ironbark, Tallowwood, Blackbutt, Blue Gum, Flooded Gum, etc on their properties. I have White Cypress but the field days are still relevant to me because much of the information is the same and the guys running the field days have worked out west and know the answers to my specific cypress oriented questions.
