Spended last week the whole week with making a segmented platter of an old oak babybox. I found it a waist that they like it to put it on the woodpile for the fireplace, so I grabbed it, and told this folks, you are crazy.
This platter excist of 5 segmented rings, each ring has 12 segments, with in the center a round piece of red/brown meranti.
Finished with three layers glitsa, a slight sanding after each layer of glitsa, and finialy polished.
The destination, for the household of my daughter in low Margreet.
