Woodworkers, Sculptors, and Woodturners probably have a good eye for angles, distance, and proportion.
Test yours here>> http://woodgears.ca/eyeball
So far I have done it twice, and my best score is 5.78, maybe a younger person will do better (or an older one).
Have fun... :)

That's pretty good. Had trouble fathoming out what some of the words meant, so just went pot luck.

6.3 Biggest error on triangles. (10 - 12). Best on centre of circle. (1 - 1.5)

Oddly enough, all my ratings were 1.0 or below (Best at 0.3 on parallelograms :p) except for a couple. But... Oh Boy! When I was out, I was waaaaaaaay out! (Like by 6 units bifurcating the obtuse angle!! :D )

14.9 on a parallelogram killed me - that game is so addictive. Great post Gil thanks.

Like Ad not bad for a 70 year old but I suppose considering I do this type of thing all day in measuring up home improvements I should be a bit better.

3.45, Gil. Shaky hands and all. Seems like I can't calculate any distances anymore without a ruler or tape measure. Ever since I started wearing glasses, I've had trouble with it.
Anyhow, fun stuff, Gil. But I waste too much time already, I didn't need another. :D

This site is pretty good if you get past the game bit:D and have a look at other woodwork stuff below. A couple of interesting sites.

Well, most of you are doing better than I, and I am glad to see it.
, he does have some other interesting things to look at, and I was not going to mention it yet and see if anyone looked far enough to find the extras. Good on you!!.

I did not mean to sound rained-on, and I did not feel a drop. I figured someone would discover the mini-treasure within (or I would shine some light on it if not), and I was just curious to see who and when. There is a forest somewhere around all those trees..grin..
Still, good on ya, Ian.

Found it, browsed it, but didn't want to hijack the thread 'cos I'm "winning." :D

Interestingly I am really good at the right angle but poor at convergence ..?

Well I am absolutely hopeless because I can get no further than the attached picture.

Do you have to press something to start it?

Perhaps it is my dial up or my firewall but I waited about 20 minutes for it to load, refreshed the page, started it again and again and again, opened it in a new tab, swore, cursed but still got the same result:C:C:C

Checked out the woodwork section - great stuff.

Perhaps I should just stick to my woodwork, I have wasted too much time already.

Depending on your browser, might be missing a plugin, such as JavaScript and/or ShockWave. My IE (partially crippled) gets the tiny box with triangle etc. Works OK with Firefox. Also on juice cans and string (dialup), but upgrade pending.

When capturing screenshots, include the address line contents for better advisory(ies). Might be something haywire there.
