I also copied the photo but I do not know how good it will turn out.
Anyway the two down the bottom are holey cheese knifes and the on above the bottle stops is a standard knife you can get one same shape but bigger.

here some links to some suppliers I found on the net

They might have some more ideas for you but best bet is to talk to your nearest supplier

Thanks, Rum Pig. Can't seem to find that one in your post, it is called a Cheese Planer, I think. Found them unhandled in your down under links, but not unhandled here in the upover. Gonna keep lookin' tho'. We had one of those when we came back from Germany in '79, and it's disappeared. It was a doozy! Just what we liked to use. So I may just get one handled and cut it off and put on a timber handle.
Thanks for posting.

Hey, Pat, what's a boofhead? :)

Al, a Boofhead, (Boofheaderus Simplix), is someone that does silly or inane things.

Other Boofheads are Boofheaderus Bighair, mainly blokes with big hair dos aka the 50's Rocker style. Boofheaderus Maximus, is someone you do not want to be around, they can start off as a B.Simplix, but develop their boofheadedness to a level that they are a danger to everyone and everything. They should not get of bed as they can stuff up even there. A close relation to the Stuff Up Fairy . . . :U

Hey Pat ! I like your definitions! however, they may be a little tame for the "Complete Boofheads" I know.

Boofhead = Australian slang for idiot. Like most Aussie slang it can be used both as an insult and a term of endearment - it depends on a voice tone more than actual words.

Pat!
After my previous post I have just realised the esteemed position you hold as "President and Lifemember of the Boofhead's". I therefore do not wish or infer any disrespect to you or your organisation. :2tsup:
