My mate daves special paint sturer.

used for whizzing up your contact glue or any pouring top drum. Also works with anything else.
doesn't belt the stuffings out of the drum and can get all the way to the bottom

consists of 5 links of chain welded to the end of a steel rod of suitable length

This looks like a natty idea soundman, especially for insertion through the small drum opening.

I saw another good idea somewhere last week for a drill powered paint stirrer, someone had attached a "squirrel cage" fan impeller to a shaft, looked about 3 - 4" diameter in the ad and was supposed to mix the paint, adhesive or whatever stacks quicker than more common types.

Good to see someone's exercising the grey matter.
