hi im looking for a second hand logosol ph260 or simmilar 4+ head planer i need it to dress rough saw boards and have the option of putting a tonge and groove for flooring. i was wondering where the best place to look for equiptment like this would be.

hi in my further reasearch i found a "Ultra Olon 4 Side Planer" and was wondering if anyone knew where i could get some more information on this machine and the brand in general, because i have looked and couldnt find a website for them. :confused:

Mat your talking about a heavy piece of machinery.

Last 4 sider I saw was over 6 metres long & weighed tonns.

I've never seen a small one.

A bloke near here had two of them in hes shed when he sold up. no idea where they went.

you must have some serious work to do!!!

i know that traditionaly they are very large very expensive machines however before i found this out i did some research into 4 side planers and found that a couple of companys have recently made smaller 4 siders. these are the machines i am looking at, i couldnt get the pic of the olon machine off the southeastern site so i attached an image of the logosol 4 side planer/moulder.
