Hi All
I was at a shop today & 2 HAMLET turning tools caught my eye,
They were on a clearance table.
One was a 1/2" roughing gouge for $52 ,the other a
3/8" std spindle gouge for $38,both brand new with handles.
I don't have a lathe as yet but i will be buying one shortly,
So i was just wondering if these tools are something that would
be used alot or only on the odd occasion.I did not purchase them
but if worthwhile i will go & get them first thing tommorrow morning,
if they are still there.
PS:If it's any help the lathe i am thinking of buying is WOODFAST M305
so i will be attempting to turn pens, small bowls etc.
any advice woud be appreciated.
Jason.
