can anybody please give me any info on two old saws I found one has corporate mark kangaroo emblem on the handle. the other is a henry disston saw.with some beautiful writing on the blade.

The one with Disston on it is a Disston , the one with the Kangaroo could be a Sorby.
With out pictures can't tell what type of saw they are.
Could be dovetail ,panel saw ,tenon or carcass saw , meat saw or bone saw.
