I hate being a woody at the mo, half my tools and most of my machinery are away in a shed at "her" place where I get to visit them every couple of weeks. ALL of my timber is there as well. The 'shed' here is tiny and once the tool trailer goes in there isn't room to swing a kitten. I want at least one of my lathes here but there is no room and none for my bandsaw, none for my table saw or buzzer, I can maybe fit my drill press into a corner of the bathroom and I have hopes of finding room on the kitchen sink for the scroll saw. I am thinking of stacking a whole stack of turning blanks in the middle of my lounge/dining/kitchen floor and if asked I shall say it's an "installation"..... seriously for one short moment, I really may dump the outdoor type tables on the back deck and bring one of my old joinery benches over and using it as furniture out there. Whatcha reckon?...
So Pedrovic, you consider me to have an ego the size of a small planet? I consider that to be an insult.... I will have you know that my ego is positively Jovian in dimension!
Hi to all others trapped here in my computer. I wish to announce that the breakfast period has finished and lunch will (may) be served at 12 sharp central standard time. The menu has many selections. All selection s on the menu are Vegemite sandwiches so please take your time when selecting your selection.
Why the hell am I dribbling like this? Why am I even bothering with this Blog thingy? Wendy wants to build boxes that have no sides tops or bottoms on hers.... Maybe I could practice turning bowls without using timber or a lathe or perhaps polish them without using a single UBeaut product. Now that's a ridiculous thought!
Please can someone tell me the purpose of this blog thing?
