Very nice rendering of the relief aspect of the (olive?) branch.
    Nicely modeled, too.
Next one has to be a self-portrait, yes?

G'day Sebastiaan, very nicely done, you must feel really pleased with the way this guy turned out.

What is the finish you used, he looks very well presented.

It is good to see someone else following the talents of Ian Norbury.

    Regards

Well it is a self portrait with a little bit of tongue in cheek. Anyone who has owned a business knows that mostly your empire exists in your head. So I google translated "emperor of very little" and up came the name and there was the idea. Jelutong for the carving, Watco chocolate stain on mdf for the backing board. Framed by a good friend of ours in Hornsby.

    Thanks for the background story.
Often makes a carving all the more interesting.
