Forum Videos on CD
As promised, the forum videos are now out on CD for those who can't download them directly.
There are 4 CD's in all. I will send them to the first person who asks by replying here but the condition is that you then make a copy of each one and forward them in turn to the next person on the list. (within Australia of course).
If you wish to make 2 copies and send them to 2 people, then all the better.
If we keep this thread as a record of who has them and who wants them, then we should be able to get them spread around fairly quickly, in a similar way that the bandsaw DVD went around.
In case you don't have the latest codecs installed, I've also included on the CD's, a copy of the latest DivX player for Windows which will play all these videos.
There's also a copy of Azureus, the torrent file downloading program.
The Cd's contain the following:
Disc 1
DivX Player
(if you have trouble watching the videos in Windows, install this player)
Jointer/Thicknesser basics
Mini Cyclone Dust collector
Ubeaut Finishing Demo parts 1 - 4
Disc 2
Stu's bandsaw
Stu GMC Lathe chucks
Zen Shop tour (Zenwood)
Zen's art of cutting to length
Setting Jointer knives with magnets & shop tour (Zed)
Disc 3
Barton's Bedlam
Gumbyland uncut
Piric Blowfly
Piric Easy Riser
Piric Wasp
Stu's bandsaw blade folding
Stu's Triton Router plunge spring
Stu's Wood cutting thread
Stu's sanctuary - shop tour
Tokyo Stu's Dungeon
Timber box hinge making
Tokyo Stu's sharpening jig
Bowl gouge dbl bevel
Eli Avisera cutting
Disc 4
Gifkins Jig - Small box joinery
Azureus 2.5 (for downloading via torrents)
You'll notice that I've spared you the agony of having to watch the Interlude video. If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

Can I add - these are NOT FOR SALE, and are NOT TO BE SOLD! They are only for forum members, and are not to be made available via any other method of delivery, other than what is already offered - private torrent and these CDs.
You have been granted permission to copy the videos, but the copyright remains the property of the video's author."Clear, Ease Springs"

This could be a good chance for you to get a copy If you don't have access to a burner and don't want to break the flow.. or just to get a few more branches on this here distribution tree. (first two get in get them)

Two full copies have been sent out today so that should help speed things up as well.
I ask everybody to put a priority on sending out a copy within 24 hours of receiving them.If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

to burn them, do you just have to 'rip' them to cd on media player or similar?
