12 speed belt drive 32mm floor standing drill press adjust table angle
I have one of these, of generic origins. I want to drill some wood at an angle. The table is adjustable for angle, to 45 deg in either directions.
Under the table is a large bolt, I think with a 32mm head.....18-20 mm thread. There is also a much smaller threaded rod with a nut on it to adjust .. something.
I first tried the little bolt to no effect that I could see. I then started to loosen the large very slowly at each try. The able became loose and wiggled, but still no rotation. As the table is very heavy, I stopped unless it fell off.
I have tried searching manuals, but without luck.
So yeah. Do I use the large bolt, or is the little one some sort of set screw?
Any help appreciated.

Yes remove the small one as it is a detent to hold the table at 90degrees. The large one is the locking nut.
