2 Jars of pickles
These solid brass handles and hinges came from an kitchen of a client. They absolutely beautiful.
They been kept fresh in turpentine for the past 10 years. I’ve been saving them for a special project, and I finally have one for them.

OK Wongo I'll bite...why terpentine? If they are going on cupboards etc they will be open to the elements (inside I hope) so what does the turps do.. I know an ole fella who has been kept on the turps, hasen't done him any good.
I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

After they dry out, I would spray them with some clear Krylon. That will keep them from tarnishing for a while.
BTW - The screws look like imperial (#8x32) to me. Be careful if you have to replace the screws. The wrong screw could really bogger the threads.

Looks more like a jar of honey and one of jam?
Seriously nice looking knobs there.
