Old Australian Wood Review Magazines
I accidentally came across this ebay site this afternoon and realise I may have a small fortune in early AWR Magazines that I hold.
Are these prices fairdinkum? Or is the ebay seller hoping someone would take the bait?

I think the seller is being a touch ambitious.

You can ask for as much as you like ..... but they will only sell to somebody who is interested in paying that much.
At least postage is reasonable (at about 1/2 original purchase price). Now proudly sponsored by Binford Tools. Be sure to check out the Binford 6100 - available now at any good tool retailer.

Given that several very kind members here often will sell a big box of various or one sort of magazine for around $100, this is an attempt by the seller to see if anyone will bite. I've been the recipient of a box of these, and were very glad to be able to get them, as there's a wealth of information, especially for newbie woodworkers like myself - a collective thanks to those members here that continue to offer these - they truly are appreciated!
Obviously, if the seller finds someone who will bite at those prices, it's money for jam for them.
I know the old saying is "Charge as much as the market will pay". Me, I prefer to sleep well at night, my conscience wouldn't allow this kind of thing.

I think that is very high price to pay, alas that is only my opinion.
I once read or was told that every five years a topic(subject) is looked at with the intention that it could be updated and rewritten. I think this is especially true when it come to reviews of machines.

Reminded me of this from the late (and sadly missed) Douglas Adams
