Decking planks going across, spanning 1.6 m?
Do you mean just nailing them to the 90x90 uprights in a horizontal way, one on top of the other?
Or perhaps an upper and lower plank to which you will fix something like colourbond or similar in a vertical fashion?[/QUOTE]

90x90 rhs placed over the posts pour some sloppy concrete inside ,painted it looks just like timber,just a little harder to nail..........bob
