Lots of opinions here, not much personal experience.
For purchases like this it is usual for the buyer to engage a local freight forwarder so the concern of the seller charging outrageous shipping rates is null and void. Many factories/sellers are happy to sell items like this saw as a one off, sure you'll get a better price if you buy a container load BUT.
