    hi hornet,
    new lou has put a site in the section web sites (rare earth magnets) are what you want.
    you might hve to drill and glue instead of screwing them to what ever but will still work the same.

    Lee Valley has exactly those, but you'll have to have them sent sea mail because the magnets do something to aeroplanes, or security stuff, or something.

    You could try Aussie Magnets they have Rare Earth stuff
