What are they called
maybe wrong section but.....there is a tool that has dozens of long pin type things in it that you push up against a intricate shape of timber whatever and this tool gives you a replica copy that can then be copied. What is it? can you still get them and where?
I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

They are called contour gauges and Carbatec sells them for $ 28.00.

Profile gauge / contour gauge
These can be a collection of wires or the better ones are small flat plates ground to a point. Either are simply clamped between two other plates to keep them lined up -Wire ones more fragile -but work. thicker ones don't bend as easy. My last one was a market job -2-3$ (wire)
