Default Make curved windows and balcony doors

Hi guys, I have Felder F900Z spindle moulder along with the AIGNER® Bowmould Shaper Guard. My current project is to make curved windows and a big 4 sash balcony door.
The shape of the frame, which is 2.7meters wide, is shown in .pdf attachment below. My question is:
What is the best way to machine such a long piece using a template? I am thinking of making the template from 12mm MDF but I am not sure how to fix the 68mm piece of long wood on the template properly. FYI, the guide ring is put on the top of the shaping tool.

    Thanks in advance.

Unless you have table extensions to give you at least 1.8m of flat table either side of the spindle, I would not attempt this without a second operator to help.

I would suggest 16mm thickness for the template instead of 12mm just to prevent any bending.

Drive 20mm screws through the template 50mm from each end and about 450mm spacing between each one and sharpen the protruding 4-5mm to a point, then the template can be hammered on to the part with a soft face mallet with only minimal filling required after removal. It is also a good idea to screw a block to the template at the back end to make sure the part can't slip out from the cutting pressure.

    Default Using feeder?

Thanks for the advice. Since there is no other operator, I can use 2 roller stands for supporting it in input/output.
Also, I think it would be a good idea to use the feeder, just to hold down and push the entire assembly and I would just drive it through, but how should the feeder be placed and orientated against the Shaper Guard? I am attaching a picture of how the assembly would look like.

    Thanks.

I'm not sure about a power feeder; they are generally designed for straight work against a fence, but it's a fairly gentle curve so it might work if you have some rollers or featherboards to keep the piece pressed against the bearing.
