I won't mention the word "back-up', but can appreciate the work you had put in to making your videos. On the subject of pencil cases, I think I have cornered the market on these, all made for charity. There is a presentation to 6 charities next week of various toys made throughout the year by our club members, hope they are well received.

Great lot of boxes there Al.

Yes backup .... the SD cards were in the phones. Prob getting upto 20 hours of combined video on 3 or 4 devices. They had never been viewed yet. I saw the thumb nails and went to press play and they picture disappeared. Files with no info.

I had bought these micro SD cards on ebay. They got corrupted. Seems I got a bad batch.

Dave, buying cards or sticks from Ebay is never a good idea as they rarely match the description given especially in size. Perhaps let someone else have a look at them on a computer and see if they can be salvaged, a long shot but you never know.

I dont know anyone here that can do that but if anyone thinks they might be able to get somewhere for me be keen to hear. Strange thing is some of the files are still there there

I think we need a "so sorry" button for this one Dave.
A couple of years ago I got a new phone, put the old memory card in and after a few days it was corrupted and lost everything.
Nice looking boxes Al. Do you do the finger joints on the tablesaw or router table?

The boxes are made with the Gifkins dovetail jig, dimensions are 225 x 80 x 50mm high using 8mm pine sourced from bed slats or mattress supports.
I made a batch of 80 of these for charity, kept me out of mischief for a while!
