    If we're dreaming...

30kw (minimum) reverse pulse dust extractor
Altendorf F45 ELMO 3 with digital crosscut angle readout
    Omga RAS and digital stop
Second table saw for ripping, not concerned about make, as long as it's old (read: bulletproof) and 10hp+
SCM L'Invincible buzzer, thicknesser (both with Shelix heads) and spindle moulder
Homag 1350mm twin head calibrating wide belt sander
    Horizontal oscillating belt sander
    Homag or Biesse 5-axis CNC
    Brandt edgebander
Old Wadkin or Wolfenden resaw and bandsaw
Weinig 4-side moulder, profile grinder and optical tool measuring stand
    Mirka CEROS sander
    Festool pretty much everything else

Oh yeah....and shares in a power company

EJ, where are the hand tools?!

    Holtey, Marcou, Steiner, Veritas, Lie-Nielsen .... ?

Did you see the way I hid the Ceros transformer inside a CT26e?

Hand tools are nice, but I'm a machinist at heart. Aside from layout tools, the only hand tools of mine that saw regular use was my cheap ebay set of Japanese chisels (which are excellent performers for the price and I'd absolutely buy/recommend them again if I could ever find them) and my Veritas NX60. I also have some specialty planes that got pulled out as needed (Stanley 20 1/2 and 98/99 pair), but the rest of my collection is just a collection (which I am starting to think about moving on to free up some cash). I don't dislike using hand tools, but I'm honestly happier making machines sing.

Yep, saw the CEROS thread. I trust heat hasn't been an issue?

No heat issues. But then I do not use the sander for longer than 15-20 minutes.

    With a 5-axis...whatever I want lol

I should probably have included a basic horizontal borer as well with a graduated table for easy dowelling.

That was more a "go crazy" wish list, if I were to genuinely set up I'd be much more interested in doing contract machining and moulding reproductions for the stuff that you simply can't get anywhere so I'd need a docking saw, rip saw, the Weinig gear and the SCM gear. A basic CNC and big sander would also be nice for processing slabs.
