Hinge; concealed full overlay problem.
I've a slightly different issue, I've used a Roman Oogee bit on my kitchen doors and found that the euro cup hinge needs the hole about 4mm from the edge of the door. so when I drilled a test on an offcut, the Forstner bit came out the side of the profile.
Is there a non drill fit full overlay cabinet hinge out there? or at least one that drills no closer than 10mm to the edge of the door? even the smaller concealed hinge still drills next to the door edge.
