    Smile Expressions of Interest for Workshop Space.

    Hi,
    My name is Scott Horsburgh. I am a Furniture Maker based in Yallingup, Western Australia. I am about to commence building a new 'purpose built' Workshop of 200sqm. It will have a small 30sqm gallery at the main entrance, a separate 'Hand Room' with plenty of room for lots of workbenches, a large separate 'Machine Room' and a 'Finishing Room'. It will be a fully equiped workshop in a wonderful location. My intention is to make commissioned pieces as well as teach students.
    I am going to rent workshop space to like minded Craftsmen and am seeking any expressions of interest from people out there who may be interested. I am open to negotiation but I was thinking around $650/month to have your own space in the workshop. You will have access to all of the machinery, the gallery and this amount is inclusive of all bills.

    Thanks for the response Rhys. That sounds great. Keep me in mind. I will have a wonderful workshop fully up and running by then. If you haven't joined my website, please do Rhys.     Not a problem at all Scott.

    I am currently looking Australia wide for workshop setups similar to yours (ie. rent a workspace, with access to machinery), just to see what is out there.
