Finding screen hinges
Hi all,
Anybody know where I can get some double throw hinges that you see on room divider screens. They allow the two panels to be moved in either direction and I think that the panels can separate a little too.
Can anyone help out here? Greatly appreciated if you could.
Thanks,
Les

The continuing hunt for the elusive screen hinge
Hi All,
I'm still looking for screen hinges!
Papa very kindly put me onto a site in the States, unfortunately they don't sell O/S!!!
Plus their emails bounce.
Anybody know of anyone who sells these things.
PLEEEEEASE!!
I'm getting desperate here!!!
Thanks in advance......

Hi Marker,
Tried them. No go. But they did put me onto The Builders Bargain Centre, who used to keep them. They think they were supplied from either Hafele or Hettich. So, off we go again.

Just rang Hafele. They do have a two-way rolled hinge (Cat no 341.20.815) which would do the job. BUT, it's $30 a pop (wholesale) and I need 24 of them. When you consider that the hinges I can't get from the US are approx $6.50 AUS a pair (that's two of them) that's one hell of a price hike.
Still looking.

You might try this mob.
I haven't dealt with them, but they appear to have the type of hinge you need, and say they will ship overseas.

Hi Czk,
Not too late at all! They have some really nice stuff
Some that would be very hard to get too, I should imagine.
Thanks very much.
