Default Fixing shelving to ply walls

I am looking at putting a couple of shelves in the wardrobe of the caravan, only problem is that all 3 sides of the robe are single leaf 3-ply.
I wanted to glue a support strip on each side, & drop a melamine shelf on the supports, but, one side is just raw ply, so PVA or construction adhesive (liquid nails) would be ok, but the rear and other side wall is surfaced ply, probably vinyl, but not sure.
I don't think that either of the glues mentioned would last long on the vinyl or whatever surface.
    Any ideas welcome.

Sikaflex Pro, available in colours, sticks like the proverbial to a blanket.
Doesnt matter too much what the surface coating is, just use some duct tape to hold your support in place for 24+hrs and then fit your shelf.
