Flip tongue bolt
I'm trying to find a bolt/stud that will hold a sheet of ply on the front of a timber pet cage during bad weather. I've not seen these things in hardware stores but it involves a protruding chrome bolt that has a tongue slotted into the end of it that flips 90o. A bit like those old railway signals of yesteryear. So rather than screw off a wing nut you just flip these from perpendicular (holds the piece in place) to inline with the bolt to slip off the ply sheet, which just has a bolt sized hole in it. Does anyone know where to get these and what their name is or something else that is equally no fuss?

SuperCheapAuto call them "Drop Lock-Long" on the website, and Anti-Luce Bolt on the packaging (some mistake based on the sound of "loose/Luce"??)
