Default Hand Reamer 16mm to 25mm

I have to ream out some English Oak which I have already drilled 16mm inner and 25mm outer this is to suit a tapered handle. I have not seen a reamer about which will handle this until in a video posted showing the use of such a reamer. The reamer can be seen at about 2.30mins into the video.

I am after ways of possibly doing this as a one off unless someone has such a reamer I can borrow. Do I make something up, filing, or wrap sand paper round the taper pin and sand it to suit??

What ideas have you got that come to mind??.

Hi Ray. I picked up a pair of reamers from eBay, (can't find the link, but worth a search), that I thought went up to 25mm, but I just measured the large one and it's 7/8", (22.2mm).
Does it have to be 25, or is 22 OK? You may be able to finish the last 3mm by hand.

Otherwise, I like the idea of a wooden cone wrapped in paper.

Edit: I just found a listing on eBay here 2pc Tapered Taper Hand Handheld Held Reamer Hole Pipe Chaser Reaming Tool KIT | eBay ,but they're pretty expensive and from the US.
If 22mm is suitable, give me a yell (PM) and I could post them down to you, then you could post them back when finished. No biggie, if it helps.

I forgot, the length will also be critical: -

    6-25mm

    10-25mm

Machine Reamer an enterprising young lad, like you, should be able to gin up a handle for this one. At least you would not have to sell your soul.

Here is a set, similar sizes to the above post, but in Australia, so the postage is not a heart breaker.

Steve thanks for the offer but I have reamers similar trouble is they are to short and taper is to steep even have the drill type for widening holes.

I need to do this in one piece if possible as the taper pin going in has to be straight to match up with another part which will be threaded.

Pity mate was down your way yesterday if they had been the right sort he could have picked them up and LOHL could drop them back next time she is down that way.

I have another mate who has some old thicknesser blades which I can grind down to suit if I go pull them out of the machine in his rubbish trailer.
