HELP!!! fix termite damaged window frame
we have moved into a 70 year old house in ashgrove, one of the windows on the left sideof the frame has quite extensive damage, can i replace it, and how would i go about it? or do i have to replace the whole window frame?

have you had the pest inspector in? The rest of your house could be getting munched as we speak.

had it inspected before bought it, no current activity....new it was there but now need to fix it
