Can't tell from the pic if it is treated but it should be OK.

If it's only been fumigated...It should state this somewhere it's ok. Just put any shavings in the garbage bin...don't burn them.

You havn't pictured the whole pallet stamp- however the "HT" that you can see would most likely relate to ' heat treatment' which is meant to kill wood boring insects prior to export (to Australia). So yes it should be fine.

Normally on imported pallets you might see Half an ear of wheat with "IPPC" which is what you looks normally see on imported and treated pallets.

It looks to me like the stamp says "CMSA 350 HT CANADA". If we assume the portion of stamp at the beginning is for CANADA then this is the entire stamp. A quick search on that gets "CMSA" as Canadian Mill Services Association". The "HT" seems to indicate heat treated. Canada is obvious. The "350" may be a mill id number. This seems to follow the "ALS-WPM" stamp standard.
canserv.org is where I found this.

    Agree with the above.

I find the the main problem with pallets is the hidden snapped off nails or staples. They don't play nice with machinery. Get one of those metal detectors and use it on every piece and all over it not just the obvious areas.
