Arron, I've checked the time difference, you're 9 hours ahead so we did not cross.
All I can think is my computer psu has been down (new one fitted now) and I've been working over my Android phone, so maybe I did not read all the posts, just the first couple and then hit reply.

Just a heads-up - to keep the record straight. I have recevied the replacement unit from Axminster - sent at no cost for item or freight. The faceshield is charging merrily away now, so there was a bit of a delay but all ended well. Good company to deal with - shame the dollars going down again.
