    here is one we are working on now, the rebate is 12mm wide by about 10mm deep, the frame is screw with 14G batten screws.

    this rack is about 3.0mt high and 4mt long.

    All done and completely full of wine. I chose a red wine grape colour for the paint.

    Rather than a box when you've got the fridge to actas the box, What about dowels, notched at each end to fit the mesh, running front to back to support the mesh. Say every 2nd or 3rd mesh down each side and across top and bottom and in the centre as required.
