Hi all, I've been AWOL for a while...
Hi all
I just wanted to say hi, how is everyone.?

I just haven't had time to pop on this forum for a while.
Alittle update, my reno's duplex's 1 & 2. I'd like to say no.1 is finished and has been on the market 4 weeks now. No.2 is well under way, it's happening a lot quicker than the 1st, now I know what Iam doing a little better and I am all tooled up, hence less trips to bunnings / mitre 10.
I have posted a few photos for those that like them.
One is of the gate I refurbished with a good quality lattice.

Yes, good to hear from you. Can see you have been a busy bee. Top job there. A couple of renovations and you are still sane, well done.
Like the clean, simple uncluttered look you have created. Carry on the good work. It does get easier the more you do, AND the more tools you buy.
