Give away to a good home
Hi All,
This is my first post so go easy on me.
I want to clear out some items that I don't use in longer, all in good order.
Triton stuff: (Saw not included)
Work center 2000 with the following:
Sliding Extension Table
Saw Height Adjustment
Planer Attachment
Biscuit Joiner
Finger Joiner
Ryobi Biscuit Joiner
Note: No charge - you pay and arrange the freight
I expect that these items will go to a school, charity or someone who just can't afford them - I would be upset to give these to someone and then see them on ebay.
I shall be away for the next week and will be unable to respond until then, use the time to have a think on who would best benefit from my donation.
regards
ron

Ron, Rather than give it away to one of these guys - donate it to Ubeaut web site and we'll give it away as part of our "free stuff" prize draws. The only issue would be who will pay for the freight.....
If your interested please PM me (or one of the other adminstrators - Ubeaut, , stuart. , ozwinner, wood butcher)
cheers.

Why do people point to their wrist when asking for the time, but don't point to their crotch when they ask where the bathroom is?

I'd be finding somebody worthwhile where I could be sure the goods ended up as intended. Not casting any aspertions on the folk in here here but that is a really nice sentiment and deserves to end up as Ron intended.
Good on you Ron. You're a good egg.If at first you don't succeed, give something else a go. Life is far too short to waste time trying.

What about giving the tools to one of the young members on this site... at least they'll get used with enthusiasm!

If they go to a school or community group etc they will benefit more than one person.

Ron
I don't know how tihngs are there, but here it's a problem keeping many manual arts programs alive. It's one of the first areas that seem to have budget cuts. I like your idea of donations, maybe a middle or high school could be considered. After all, that's a background may people have for first contact with woodworking.

We are only talking about a bit of Triton gear and a Ryobi bisc joiner. Highly unlikly a school would take it. In fact i know here in Vic a school wouldnt take it.
It would best suit someone who dosnt have ready cash to get some good gear to start his woodie life... A young bloke would be ideal

Put them in a comp like Zed said, only problem is that with only 1 post Ron stands a good chance of winning them back
