| | it's basicly joining two boards with standard through dovetails.
the "woy" comes from cutting a concave curved rebate in one board with a matching convex curve in the other board

| | I'm sorry Antonio, I don't
in the video you linked to, the demonstrator uses a curved template to cut the rebate with a router
he will use the same or a matching template to cut the "tongue" in the other board
then because teh outside faces are still planer he can layout the DTs as you would normally -- the curve on the inside surface gives the effect
Do you know how to cut a normal through dovetail you should be able to visualise what the demonstrator has done

| | Antonio, if you go through teh video you linked to second by second (use the slider) you can see how the demonstrator does it.
It looks to me as though the DT joint is laid out and cut before the rebate.
at around 1:20 you can see the router cutting the curved rebate on the inside of the DT'd board
at around 1:25 you can see the matching half of the joint being chiseled to shape

| | Antonio, The video sequence you linked to is the general access introduction to a subscriber access series by the person in the intro. To access it you need to be an online subscriber to Fine Woodworking. I am a magazine subscriber and online subscriber, and received an email linking the intro a couple of weeks ago, at that time only the first part of the series was available, there are now three parts up, but I haven't watched them yet.
FW offer a free 2 week trial subscription, but you need to supply credit card details and they bill your card for a years subs at the end of the trial unless you have opted out before hand. Once you join up you get a few emails each week, some point to new videos etc but a lot are just admails for their magazines, books and DVDs. They also offer a discount for online subscription to magazine subscribers.
Have yet to find anything that can download or 'record' their videos while playing.
Edit. Had a spare half hour and the series currently has covered basic through and half blind dovetails, and decorative stepped through dovetails. The curved dovetails you are interested in are to be featured in the forth part of the series.

| | I am guessing in the next week or so, three videos in the series within a couple weeks of the intro. I will keep an eye on it and let you know when it's up.
