I need help please

I have a Carbatec 15" planer/moulder, same as Grizzly GO477.
It has 2 reversible cutters and, as they were getting a bit dull, I turned them over.
Disaster plus.
Nowhere in the manual does it say which way the cutters go.
Do they go like this

or have I turned them the wrong way?
The outfeed roller has decided that it does no wish to work since I changed the blades, meaning the workpieceskews across the worktable and stops before the planing is finished, resulting in a burn and a snipe when I pull it out manually.
The manual mentions "Headstock Levelling" might be needed but nowhere can I find any mention what this "Headstock" is.
Can someone help me please before I go nust?

Yep you've turned them the wrong way

It is working perfectly now.
Problem was that when they first got replaced, one was put the wrong way and then we couildn't remember which one was correct.

Wolfie, The unit you have was also sold here as a Triton TPT15. It recieved a significant amout of coverage on Stusshed video episodes 20-22 when Stu was a triton demonstrator. It is also possible to download the Grizzly version of the manual from the Grizzly site as a PDF. This is much more complete than the Triton one which I have.

I do have the Grizzly Manual, it is a lot better than the CarbaTec one but I still can't work out what the "Headstock" is.
Those videos from Stusshed is a godsend, I wish I had known about them before but now I know how to spend tomorrow

Jill, looks like I MUST have a look at the Duginske one as well.

By tradition, the complete spindle support assembly for a machine with a rotary spindle is termed the headstock. For a lathe, this is the casting that mounts on the lathe bed, plus it's associated bits and bobs.

For a thicknesser, its the whole cutter head support system. As you would be aware, this can be fixed with a rise and fall table assembly to control final thickness, as in a combination thicknesser jointer, or it can be a rise and fall head assembly over a fixed table in a dedicated thicknesser. Levelling the headstock is the act of adjusting the elevating mechanism to ensure that the cutterhead is parellel to the table so that the two faces of the thicknessed material are truly parallel.
