That is one clever router set up - wonder when it'll be bought up and in the shops?

I've seen this guy's website previously woodgears it's full of lot's of useful things to make, even a few for our luthier friends in the music section.

Nice one! I use a couple of engravers pantographs for a few specialised jobs, using templates with a 2:1 reduction and appreciate the practicality of making double sized templates and the accuracy that produces. The set up is especially useful for multiple production work.

He never shows you the initial setup of the stock and aligning the template? If that takes ages you haven't saved much.

thanx for your comment.actually i m still not satishfied with my setup though it's very nice and fast but just last night my brain again buzza and i found much faster way but my job keeps me busy so it will take little bit more time.
tomorrow we have international welding show in osaka japan so i m going to see some oppotunity to develop base and table in sheet metal.ofcourse i could develop nicely pantograph mechanism in steel which i think is the best.
