    Yes, possibly, but I have not had good luck doing that in the past. ( kitchen beenchtop ) I must have been doing something wrong....maybe I used the wrong contact glue...dunno.
    I feel like it would not bond well.....I will keep it in mind, thanks.

    Default Old office desk

    I built a router table out of material from an old office desk. The tops of these are large, flat, laminex-coated. You might find what you’re after in a second-hand office furniture shop, or on gumtree.

    The Gods must have heard me...I'll go see them tomorrow.
    If I can get MDF or plywood quite thick (38mm?) with laminate, I'll be golden.

    Congratulations! Sometimes things just seem to fall into place. You'd have to be very unlucky not to find something suitable. Look forward to your progress.
