    Default Lie Nielsen

Yesterday I ordered by phone from South Australia a new Lie Nielsen tenon saw. It arrived to my place in Hoppers Crossing Vic just after lunch today. Amazingly fast. Free delivery too which made the whole experience even better. Thanks Lie Nielsen.

As an aside, If I had purchased from the USA it would have saved me about $7.00 but I would have waited weeks. By the time I paid for fuel to go to and from the post office to pick it up I would have saved nothing.

Thats mostly been my experience with them too, if it's in stock. If not, then you are waiting for it to come from the US anyway. Still good to hear some nice stories for a change.

About 4 months ago I ordered a heap of replacement blades for some Stanley bench planes. When the order arrived, within a few days, there was a note from David Eckert saying that the #3 blade wasn't available @ the time.

In December I got a text message (I missed the mobile call) that the blades were available & one was on it's way. A couple of days later it turned up on the PO box.

Lie Nielsen AU is a great company to deal with!
